Best to remove the bushes, blasting process and coating process will probably damage them. Plus the powder coating will cover the ends and when you replace the bushes later on the coating will chip away as you try to remove them. (I know this from bitter experience)

hitting them carefully with a big f**k off hammer....... only kidding, you need to use various size drifts etc, or if its bearings, then bearing pullers, each type of bush/bearing will need a different approach, oh and a big f**k off hammer.....

Your bike now, so up to you, but they do look nice painted in two pack !, but power coat is very durable.

If its powdercoated or re-painted, it still loses authenticity, No?
Mines powder coated, given the choice, id go that route again, just because of that durabilty, modern paint just isnt the same as it once was.

One advantage of paint is if it does get a chip you can rub it down and repair it where as powder coating is very hard to repair, but obviously up to you.

Either 2 pack or stove enamel will be much closer to original. I agree with above, powder coat is crap if you want to buff out any scratches etc.
