Would anyone know what the thread size of the PWK Throttle stop screws are?
Mine are nylon & slightly manky, so thought I'd turn up some brass ones.
If I give it a go, would anyone else need any?
TIA

Mine turned out to be m5 * 0.8
just thought I'd post, in case any one uses this for reference in the future.

That's weird they can't be PWK 28 or 30 then, all mine are definitely M4x0.7 for the throttle stop screws & the pilot screws are M6x0.8

They are brand new PWK 28s. Real Keihin, not OKO or any other copies. Can't remember where I got them from though, been a while building this bike.
The float bowls have stickers, saying for motorcycle race use only, so I may well have got them from the states. Anyway knocked up a couple of crude brass throttle stops for now. Will do a better job sometime, I really need a knurling tool to do it 100%

Fair enough they must have changed the sizes on the new ones, the 5 I have are all off Kawasaki KR1s bikes so not new by any means

I had KR1s ones on the last bike, but can't remember anything about the throttle stops apart from they were brass. These have screw holes for the stops both sides, which is handy for the RH carb, but the air screw is on the LH side only, which is less handy.
Struggling to get them set up right though... May junk the airbox, like I had to on the hybrid.
