I'm no expert but I'd say rear end would be too wide to fit in the frame and the 180/190 tyre/wheel would be far too big too, you might not need the centre stand with a 190 tyre ! Front end might be ok, but fork diameter too big ?
Sorry to flatten your dream ! ! !

Wouldn't think of anything over 600cc as a doner for front/rear end swap.

The front end has been done, cant remember the back end on a Ypvs though. Check the US forums as I seem to remember a few on there. Does seem overkill on a 350 though. Think about spring/shock rates, the weight of an R1 compared to a 350, tyre sizes, chain run etc. Unless you can do the fab stuff yourself it could get expensive. Having said that, specials are my thing, so I would love to see it done and work well !!

My Yamasaki rear tyre is a 150 which is oversized, should be a 140, but that's how it came to me. I wouldn't want anything bigger at the back as the 150 looks huge compared to normal; Dusty

Had a very quick search on one of the US forums A member there was enquiring about an R6 swap, and got this reply;
Anything is possible...but there are concerns you have to take into cosideration. Most obvious is dimensions...are they the SAME OR SIMILAR IN LENGTH! You would NOT want anything really over a 1" increase from stock,including avail axle adjustibility. then is the WIDTH, measure your stock width,many here can provide that for you,and alot of articles have been posted with the specs,check the links above in the forum for info. You can be sure that your version willl be wider..but by how much ? then can you alter your width...without incuring any bearing damage? then you will have to address the linkage and shock mounts,and figure out the gemoetry?..It can probably be done...BUT ITS ALOT!!! OF WORK!!! IMO...there not worth the trouble...unless YOU KNOW you can do it ...or It vcan be accomplished within a reasonable budget for you. Your again IMO better off doing a 86-87 swingarm conversion...tried and true. The easiet,same with the banna arm RGV...everyone does those also,&and alot of info on them is also available. More than liklley your going to have to include the cost of a adj height shock that also another $400.00-$1000.000 US dollars . To have a fabriocator do this...Im guessing would cost you ...$400.00-$600.00 to convert a existing swingarm to fit a RZ...if the linkage and gemoetry are doable in the first place. Id do the FZ first or better yet just go for a Metachex or a JMC...there still by far the best options with the least amount of headaches...and when its all said and done...the conversiions really dont save you much $...unless your doing it all yourself But dont let that deter you...as if that was the case..no one would ever have tried many of the conversions that are /were avail. If you in the US,one guy Id recommend hands down is RGV STEVE,hes pretty good at these RZs and has done many,many swingarm and front end conversions for those of us whom cant do what he does. His prices are fair..and his work is awesome. Same here goes for the front end...you have to break down all the stock dimensions and bearings and compare them tio the newer version...or provide this info to a qualified guy ...like steve,and see if its doable. The Yamahas so far seem to swap fairly well from decade to decade without ...to much hassle. Ive bought ALL my conversions already done...frankley...it ALOT cheaper...lol Good luck.
Some valid points there. Hope it helps.

Booth measures and weight might not be 100% accurate (used my bathroom scale and we all know how accurate they are ) I have some more info to fill in on ZXR swinger before completed.
Please share if you got one thats not here.

I have just put a zxr400 front and rear in a f2,it was a relitivly easy swap, also took 10mm off the sprocket carrier but still think I am going to fit a 150 tyre although I wanted to keep the 160, what do most of you out there fit in your hybrid on the rear. hopper

Hi, No problem, happy to help. There is a lot of info here, but it's worth looking at the US forums too as there is a wealth of info there, plus lots of Banshee info on parts that interchange with our bikes. Dusty

Wouldn't think of anything over 600cc as a doner for front/rear end swap. I agree I've got a 160 rear tyre & it has rub marks where the chain just touches when the profile of the tyre changes when your riding it, but it's not a problem
