Took the mrs out on the f2 the weekend. Not had clutch slip before. On one occasion whilst banding the clutch slipped at about 6500 . Only happened the once and not happened again. Is this a sign the clutch is on its way out or is it just a case that they don't like they extra strain ? Plates didn't look to bad when rebuilt the engine few miles ago. Is it worth getting uprated clutch springs ? Was told to fit 3 tz springs ? No more as clutch to heavy ? Thx

Yes got bit of play in lever and internal grub screw set as per manual . Was thinking of removing side casing and drilling hole in casing at clutch adjustment point. Is this some ting normally done ?

Yes right oil in it I meant behind round plastic cover drill the hole . Or is the later valvie meant to have a hole in inner casing. Round 3 hole casing has rubber sealing ring round it not sure why as no oil behind it ? Not sure if clutch casing is right casing or casing off earlier model as would seem sense to be able to remove small cover for clutch adjustment.
