Hello again,
how come rebuilds never go to plan, i have had a problem with the running of the engine and striped to replace the crank bearings and seals on doing so i have found out the R/H crank case 10V-15121-00 (not the side with the frame number stamped on) is damaged and the clutch backing plate/gear 10W-16150-00 has 1 spoke missing.
1st question any one know of any alloy welders around Cannock as the mounting lug has broken of the crank case and poorly repaired but believed could be welded by specialist.
2nd question where would be the best place to source these parts if repair is not an option?
Thanks in advance

I might have an engine casing and the clutch part if you get stuck ?.
Just let me know if you want and I can go have a look and give you a price.

That would be better rather than a repaired part but how much would you be looking at? Pm me with a price first as I don't want to waist your time hunting for parts as this is more expense that I could do with out lol.

Yeah no problem at all.
Just to clarify.... the clutch part you need is the actual basket with the 2 drive gears on the rear ?.

yes one of the fingers have broken of it didn't seem to stop it from working as it hadn't only just broke of as it wasn't int the casing and worked fine just would prefer it to be right.

Ok, It's no probs to have a quick look on the shed and tell you what I've got and I'll PM you a price with shipping. It's not a problem either way if you do or don't want them
