I have looked frequently on the internet for carb jet/needle/throttle etc sizes for various yamaha models (RD350LC, RD350YPVS, RD400E) but cannot seem to find them anywhere which states ALL the sizes/settings.
Can anyone sugget a website, or offer the information?
Also on a carb related subject I have 2 Keyster carb kits for my 31k carbs. There is a copper washer which fits under the main jet, but also a thinner zinc washer which I have no idea where it goes?

Sorry bare, have to use at least some of the kit as I have bits missing.
I have heard of kits being different in the USA (where you're from?) for UK bikeYs, so I'm sure it happens in reverse.
Do you know what bits are problematic?
Do the gaskets and seals not work? Are the jets the wrong/variable size?
I'll be getting the bike all checked and set up after completion at one of a couple of rolling roads almost on my doorstep by people who are very used to RDs.
I'll take your advice and keep all the old components just in case.
Can anyone answer my first question?

I used Keyster kits on my 500 and I used all the bits except the main jets as I needed to go slightly richer, but I have had no problems 2 years later.

I suspect the 'legend' of Keyster carb kits not working is not actually to do with the quality, but more to do with the wrong kit being used.
