When you think how good/huge it used to be in its heyday its pitiful to think what it has been reduced to........unlike the entry fee!

Used to go regular years ago. Used to be good fun. Went for a look round the tail end which I hadn't been to before. Took us less than an hour to get round and that was at a slow pace. Absolute shit. What a rip off. Most of the stalls were selling jewlery or feckin cheese and shit. Most bike stalls selling same old tat. Felt sorry for the volunteers on the gates who were copping the brunt of people's thoughts on the way out.

Like others I used to go years ago, but now i only bother if i need some cheap clothing, everything else is a waste of time, the internet/fleabay has taken care of the autojumble, so it's just for dealers/traders to offload old stock. If I can save the entrance fee on purchases then I'll go, Stafford, and Copdock are much better, but Stafford is in a different league altogether, and caters for the restorers/classic owners etc like the BMF used to..
