me again with rd350n1 right hand carbs been flooding out of overflow pipe.stripped all down back together wont start plugs are getting wet,good spark arrgh!so it should start slides are okay, choke pipe in place,only thing i can think of is timing, has woodruff sheared help!

have tried heating/drying out plugs on gas stove,will try some new plugs john thanks for feedback

Did you strip both carbs?
If so, did you get the float bowls back the right way round?

yes the bowls are correct l/hand carb for choke righthand carb blanked off,took carbs off again to double check

Also it is possible to get the throttle slides the wrong way. Mine did start with them wrong ( just ) but did not run very well.

checked slides when putting in and then check again when there fitted by taking out tickover screw you can see bottom of slide

took exhausts off to check powervalve is working okay pipes full of fuel! could crankcases be full of fuel?

cracked it!she must have been more flooded than titanic lol ! fixed carb flooding ,keptd taking plugs out heat up on stove,repeat 6 times and she fired up. right i'm going for a blast c u later and thanks for the help chaps

Hi I Suggest you prime the engine with oil before you ride it all that fuel will have washed the bearings and the bores of oil also check your carbs arent still flooding cheers Dave
