can anyone recomend a vapour blaster prefereably in the yorkshire region. decided to blast my wheels before i paint them. will save hours of rubbing down.

Wet Blasting but I have not had much luck with doing that, bought the attachment but my cheap jet washer struggled to pull the sand up, had the misses mixing the end in the sand which helped. Still managed to get the remainder of powder coat of my engine.

Don't know if you are too far away but my mate does it. Check out my rebuild thread you will see lots of his work including wheels, The thread is Another 31K rebuild. He is based a stones throw from the HUmber Bridge on the south bank North Lincolnshire

for me local vapour blasting wanted £100 for just the cases,,,,,,,, so £10 later and the attachment I saved £90, cheaper places if I posted but then I would have been chancing something going wrong, postage charges and also they were being painted after so it made no difference how nice the blasting was. My cases have been Acid etched and VHT enamel, look very clean yet still like something you would see from new. Quick peak:
