hi ive got a 2003 dt r and for some reason it now wont start it was running fine yesterday any ideas i degresed and presure washed the swinging arm put i didnt go near the engine many thanks graham

May sound obvious but has it got fuel and is it producing a spark?

I think your question contains the answere here.
Water in the electrics somewhere. On the 350lc for example, the CDI unit is located to the front of the swing arm. I jet washed mine once and it ran like a pig for about 1/2 hour afterwards! Not sure if your bike has the same arrangement.

i took the fly wheel cover off and loads of water came out still wont start ive used loads of wd40 ive got a spark when i disconnect the ignition barral but still wont start any advise

Im with mells put the bike out every day and strip it right down and the wind and sun will dry it all out . Well i say put it out not in all ther rain we are having ofcourse . i had the same thing happen to me last year with my bike it took 2 weeks befor it would start. then it just starded up one day and has been fine since
