Suzuki 600 bandit cable.
Got one on mine, just need to file out the bottom slot a bit to get it to fit the rgv drive.

so has the bandit one got a slot for the bottom drive at the wheel rather than a square like at the top? if so that sounds just dandy!

Yes bandit cable has slotted drive at the bottom and square drive at the top. Slot is not as deep or wide so simply cut a bit further down and file out the slot to make it fit. Have been told genuine Suzuki rgv cables are longer than the pattern ones but doubt it would be as much as 6 inches. Got a pattern bandit one on my vj22/31k hybrid and is perfect. Strangely the Suzuki cable worked on my vj21/N2 YPVS, both used the N style clocks. Found the bandit cable by going in to a Suzuki dealer and asking to see what pattern speedo cables he had and compared them. Steve
