hi guys my engine appears to have filled up with precious 2 stroke oil how is this possible i put mark on oil tank and its been getting lower over winter lay off checked oil and water etc and its in the gearbox what the hecks going on..any help cheers nigel

It has a tendency to creep past the non return valves at the pump and get in to the crank.
Sorry but just read you post again and if it is in the gearbox then the seal on the pump drive has gone.
Best to remove and clean as per nikfubar's thread in the technical section and fit new seals

hi again i have three pumps and all of them i can blow through the oil inlet pipe i have renewed the oil seal on the casing today and took some pics of oil and pump have a look now using differant pump how much oil glad i never tried to start it and the pump notice groove in the drive gear bar cheers nigel
