ok, if i adjust the rear brake leaver so it doesnt bottom out on the exhaust i cant start it because the kickstart hits it if i adjust the rear brake leaver so i can start it i have no rear brake ;D has anybody had to re-drill the holes that the pin sits in?

Is your kick start a little bent i havent heared of this before and i have a set fitted to an lc and the kick start misses .

I discovered the same problem when I wanted to turn my build over yesterday for the first time. I have YPVS motor in LC frame.

kickstart isnt bent (looks ok) it seems like the adjustment on the height of the brake leaver is in quite big steps, its like it need a hole in the middle of 2 of them. might have a look at tweaking the kickstart though first.
