Running Pump , Will Have To Have Them Apart To Find Out What Needles & Slides ......1st Attempt Clip In Mid Position Air Screw 1 & Half Out Would Not Pull Off Unless You Blip The Throttle To Build Up Revs & Would Only Pull Thru Rev Range If You Feathered Throttle If You Gave It A Fistfull It Would Just Bog Down......
2nd Atempt clip at the top Would not want to pull off at all But A bit better on the rev range
3rd Clip At the bottom pulls off spot on but just bogs down mid revs no matter what i do with the throttle........

Messing with this at the moment, 42 pilots probably nearer for foam filters.
I used the airbox and the 42,s are too rich so just bought 40 and 38 which are standard with the kr1. Also as recommended fitted the jjh needles but think the new carbs had different slides and needles.
If the smaller pilots in mine work i will have a pair spare.

Messing with mine aswell 42 pilots working well with the foam filters but my mains are too big at 155 so a bit flat at WOT even with JJH needles at clip 1 (leanest) gonna drop mains to 152.5 like Headcoats & see if that improves things

Dave... Sounds like your pilots & mains are both to big, you still got the spare jets I sold you with that set of PWK28s as they were smaller. (think it was you I sold them too) BTW if you fancy selling the 152 jets I'll have em, hate dealing with Allens

When I needed PWK jets I used www.z1enterprises.com/Cheaper than Allens, even with delivery from the states, arrived within the week, and no dealing with their legendary "customer service" That said, the last time I used Allens, they were OK, maybe it depends who picks the phone up. I'd use Z1 for cheap to post items though.

Used splatshop the last couple of times, no problems.
Laughing at the wifes tights used as a filter, had thought of that but discarded that, might try it now.
