its got black oil seeping out of exhaust manifold

Sounds like a simple leak around the headers.

its got black oil seeping out of exhaust manifold common problem with lc exhausts,i had same problem but i use high temp heat resistant silicone/gasket sealent and they dont leak no more

Nothing to worry about.......Simple fix as RD Nut says......Id be worried if it didn't do that.....Bad design in first place, you can replace the gaskets but they'll usually just go again.

Its all to do with maintainance of the flange joint, poeple do check the tightness of the nuts on a regular basis , don't they ? Does anyone use the gaskets that are the same shape as the flange ? I really can't see the point in this 'cos if the flange is tight against this gasket then how do you keep the round gasket inside the pipe tight ? Never even had the slightest weep from around this joint on either bike, (once sorted) , but I did have to have some correct size header washers made for the lc as the flange was tight on the barrel but the pipe was still loose without them , (the bike came with allspeeds when I first got it and I sold them and put the standard pipes back on).
