No not the green faced japster of smokin fame, but the fine art of masking. My wheels are off for vapor blasting this weekend and as soon as it gets a bit warmer the good old rattle can will be out, so i need some good advice on masking the wheels. I am doing them standard. What is the best type to use, any advice would really be appreciated

I always try to use 3M products when i am doing any paintwork - the last thing you want is cheap masking tape falling off half way through the job.

Try fine line masking tape, gives you a cleaner edge

Hand paint gives a better finish.

personly id use 2k or powder coat instead of rattle cans. fine line tape is easier to use and leaves a cleaner edge but you could get away with normal tape if thats all you have to hand
