Bought some new leads with the intention of changing mine. When I got the tank off and had a good look at the condition of them and saw that they weren't for coming out easily I decided to leve them in.

I have nevr seen this done i must cnfess as they are not a removeable leed as standard but if you hack them of and remove them and put the new leeds back in tight and resien them in solid they should work perfecty well.

i thought i would try and unscrew one to see if they were removable and it snapped off! so got no choice now realy, ordered som new red HT lead so when that turns up i will report how i get on, they were a complete bitch to get the old ones out completly but it has left me with a nice spike to accept the new lead, then i am just going to fiberglass it back to original shape.
