satin is the most preferred choice for 99% of black parts on the LC

hi, in the end with the engine i went with this for everything, it was all to confusing and it seemed a lot of people put there own take on it, im doing ,upper,lower,both side cases and barrel and head this colour, its a satin colour and frame stringer and a couple of other bits and pieces are full gloss

ken think i will go the same as you what paint are you useing also the exhausts i seem to only be able to get matt cheers darran

dont want to be the bearer of bad news mate, but where you have painted you cylinders and not painted the top of them where the head joins, you will see its not been painted when engine is together, ask me how i know this ;D

ok , ,no damage done, i will paint the top bit except where the gasket goes,it makes sense because its a thick gasket,, thanks for the heads up steve,
