gday, i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on what are the correct clearences to rebore the barrels for mitaka pistons? the size will be the 2mm O/S piston,once again thanks

thanks for that headcoats, read it all but it went off topic pretty quick, so am still looking, you would think it would be on the box the piston come in

well after searching high and low, .060-.065mm is in the w'shop manuel (GENUINE)and i read on another forum the same measurement aswell, so for now that will be it unless i hear differently

Read the Yama spec for clearance and USE the lowest clearance of that spec. Anything bigger and you Will have problems Trick Now.. is to find a reborer that can actually give you that exact clearance.. And NOT lie about it. Far easier said than done.. unfortunately.
