Don't know about the bearings but tyre wise I think the most common is Bridgestone Bt90's
Think the sporty Dunlop GPR's are getting short now.
You really want a tyre designed for a sports 400 as the Diablo's and other sports bike tyres are designed for heavier bikes so will be hard to heat up on a light bike.

Put the bearing in with the flatter part inside so handier to remove if and when you need to.
Fill you're boots with whatever tyres you can get at the best price as you'll never go beyond the capabilites of these more modern tyres. But you'll only get a 150max on the back

But you'll only get a 150max on the back Finally got out in the garage and tried a GSXR 400 GK76 rear wheel in the rgv arm. Fits perfect and central but the disc and sprocket faces are approx 5mm further out so with a bigger front sprocket offset ( lc sprocket cover would have to be cut or spaced ( never checked the ypvs one) it should take a 160 rear tyre as the 400 does. You would need to get B and C to make the sprocket as the 400 is 525 pitch. Steve
