I've got Lomas pipes on the LC2 and STD on the F2. Would like Allspeeds for the F2 but will be a while before I can afford it Just wondered what you guys have on your bikes and what you think of them. I got the Lomas pipes secondhand from a guy on Alek's site. They are polished stainless with carbon endcans and look and sound awesome. Bit dissapointed in that they wont rev out in top gear I think though they are more suited to a bike in race tune mine is STD. Realise now the guy probaly could not get them right on his bike and sold them on. Most of the time though I ride on the North Wales B roads so never find it a problem. It revs really quick and goes bloody well in the lower gears so overall I'm happy with them.

Are they fixed to the port with springs? If so then just Quicksteel the buggers closed then you can still take em off and dont have to worry about it leaking ever again! Get in.

Can't weld them cos the collars are cast alloy and the pipes are obviously mild steel. Was thinking of making new collars in steel then welding them but I'm a bit worried in case I'm making it all a bit too rigid....we all know how much that engine vibrates in the frame....wotcha reckon?

took the lid off the air box and running singlr s&b air filler and made a plate to blank off the rest so air only going throught air filter.only way to get rid of flat spot with micron pipes
