shed loads of free templates and TASTERS ON THE NET, JUST GOOGLE CV'S the 3 i tryed were advertised as free, they were free to fill all my details in but then they wanted a 1 off payment or a monthly fee of up to £9.99 a month to save the cv. suppose i could have a go from scratch but my letter writing and computer skills are poor so maybe the job centre it will have to be.

there really are thousands of up to date cv sites. you have to print off the tempates. you can copy and paste into word some stuff but ultimately you need pc know how, have you a friend in the know who can help you once you found the template you like.
