Do you think dvla have issued BA57 ARD - don't think so

I saw a black 4x4 with tinted windows in Worcester with:

there used to be some black guy round my way with newish c-class mercedes with RAD 101
obviously spaced out RAD10 1.
i dont think i could part with a load of cash for a number plate my self but they do look smart.
