i hear the sound of paperwork coming your way!! more risk assesments, method statements and associated blurb. And if the shitting up you got from hot oil squirted at you wasn't enough, the headache of all the paperwork will be enough to make sure that you never let it happen again!!

i used to operate machines and i used to cringe when somebody would climb onto a machine wwhile it was running by grabbing a hydrolic hose, i had to tell them if it ruptures while they are holding it there dead, it usually worked

nasty, i have seen pics when high pressure hydraulic oil breaks into your skin at high speeds, thid bloke was forcing pints of oil out of his forearm , the initial damage wasnt bad, its the fact that it couldnt be washed out properly and it started to attack the flesh for months on end ! the final pics were not pretty!.....lucky escape! google image search.... hydraulic fluid wound

A simulator jobbie ( Manta400 on the manx) let go a hose ! Awesome everyone sat eating their lunchtime sarnies drenched in hot cat pish !
Bucket Lip tilts are best.....and an absolute nightmare to remove & repair .... Hope you always wear yer safety specs !
