Seen these before. They were used in an advertising campaign for Pioneer Suspension as it says further down the road. So they just say that if you have Pioneer Suspension you can drive over potholes without feeling them. They couldn't be used for real as such fake potholes could actually be quite dangerous. Approaching drivers could swerve suddenly to avoid the "pothole" and serious accidents could result.
