Hi does anyone on here work for a solicitor please I need help. I bought a workshop off a company in stourbridge in February and now its all gaps where the wood has shrank. I have an email from them saying they will replace the workshop but now I cant get hold of anyone with authority to get this sorted just a muppet on the phone who takes orders. What can I do or am I up shit creak?

If you have a promice thats good but unless they gave a date they could say yes we will look in to it at some point . But that could be years .
You need to say its not fit for purpose and they have breashed the agreement with you .
