I'm in Somerset (Pilton) and don't see many strokers around apart from the ones I know locally There are several local 'bike meets' but nothing stroker specific that I know of?

theres a meet in the griffin pub bristol every tuesday if its warm n sunny so thats 2 weeks a year then. a few old japs and a lot of hotrods. everyone stands round in true bristol fashion of 'wot u lookin at ' and then go home when it starts to get dark. i live 2 gear changes away from there but cant be arsed with it anymore. its bike night in wsm tomorrow night, ill give that a go, cant imagine it'll be much different cept ill get into 5th and get me nads froze off on the seafront. nice yeah, sounds 'bout right ;D I might start doin the odd run down to Poole for a Tuesday night, I've a couple of mates who do it on a gixxer600 and a KTM690 and anytime I see piccies there are bugger all 2 strokes there - be nice to show up and smoke em out - lol

I do try un get a few local strokers together in one place at one time. This could be an ideal meet up/ride out later this year www.japfest.net/I will post up any meets when i arrange any or from other sources.

Something that's been set up on another forum, which should be right up your street, details copied over here:
Date : Saturday 13th April 2013. Venue : Fromebridge Mill, just off M5 J13 near Stroud, GL2 7PD.
The pub is kindly letting us take over their spare carpark for the day, as long as you lot all promise to buy plenty of food and drink.
The idea is simply to meet up, fill the carpark with as many cool 2 stroke bikes as we can, drink coffee/tea, chat, snap some photos, take the piss out of each others' tasteless 1980's leather jackets, and fill our faces with pub grub.
At some point we plan to go for a bit of a ride-out : not too far, and on roads that would suit Fizzy's as well as RD500's. All suggestions for a destination welcome. Not compulsory either, you can stay at the pub and kick tyres instead if you prefer.
Feel free to mention it to your mates and post it on other relevant forums if you like. But we want to keep it to the kind of bikes we all love on here, no modern race-rep or adventure-sport nonsense please. Four-strokes are allowed if that's all you've got, but they'll have to be rare, old and cool.
Also feel free to bring 2 or 3 bikes along in a van if you want to show 'em off. If it looks like there might be a decent turnout, we might try and persuade one of the magazines to come along, or at least publish some photos.
It's a one-off for now, but if it goes well then we might try and build it - eventually - into a SW version of the excellent Yorkshire 2-Stroke Gathering.

It's over 70 miles for me, but its closer than the usual Yorkshire meet. I'm going, but not decided yet whether to ride there, or take a couple in the van. I know some people will definately be taking some of theirs in vans, so you wouldn't be the odd one out if you did van it.

You've got 3 weeks left to get your LC running hamski, if you want to meet up for this one. Unless you turn up in a car, just to see other strokers!
