;D ;D ;D ;D tell you what i normally do pete...clean it with water and soap or that "mucoff" or what ever itscalled then allow to dry etc and polish it back up. i then squirt some acf 50 on a rag and go over it all..and this is a good protection layer....i acf50 in crevices etc as well.. but normal bike wash is fine ...but dont use fairy liquid!! the salts in it attack things...use a good bike wash cleaner where you get that old acf 50 stuff from mate??

Heheh, I pretty much NEVER wash my LC. I did it once or twice, one time when I was riding and I forgot to mount the front muddy. It started pissing down and I went over a water pool on the road and f**k me it splashed water everywhere. Bike was very dirty afterwards, there was sand and dust on the road so the water wasn't exactly clean. Had to use the pressure washer on the bike that day, especially around the radiator. Whatever, the entire bike was wet from the rain anyway so no big difference tbh.
Most of the times I never wash it, (only when/if I tear the bike down) I just go over it with a rag and carefully wipe off any dirt. If there is dirt on the body parts I usually just wipe off by hand very carefully so I don't scratch the hell outta the paint.
