I bought myself some PJ1 paint at Xmas back in the UK, got it out to start giving me pipes some nice paint, and I couldn't get the nozzles to fit in either can I had bought. Th nozzles were loose in the lids of the paint, and they are little red ones, has anyone experienced this - I tried simple pushing but it just releases the paint and won't go in!! Attachments:

PJ1 can be a bit of a pain, had a few cans like yours, and found other nozzles wouldn't seal that well and dribble down the can when in use, stick your finger over the end and twist it into the top, also make sure you shake them really well and get some heat into the can/paint as I have returned one before, as it just seized and got blocked with paint before coming out the nozzle??

I wrote an email to the shop with no reply as yet, I will try gently heating the top of the can with hot water to see if I can get the nozzle in, it does look like there is a rubbery bit inside the hole of the can so with a bit of luck, softening it up may help.
Thanks, I thought I was going crazy with this but apparently not (BTW I have tried other nozzles, but have not found one to fit!).

PJ1 is a great paint but the nozzle thing is worldwide it seems, I had the same thing here and had to take a can back, the shop looked at le like i was an idiot but they swapped it, lucky really as its not 7-8 quid a can here, its more like 13-14 a can! Also had the same issue with a blocked up almost unused can recently as well of another paint. Never used to get that with paints from halfords back in the day which makes me wonder if the new eco propellants are more susceptible to heat or maybe the paint is just thicker? either way, always warm can and always shake like a teenager magic'ing the beans for at least 2mins, after the ball bearings starts to be heard...
