A heat gun. The type with the solid stuff you feed in that might do it and still look clear ish

Hi there is an o ring behind the glass and there is a metal clip inside the master cylinder. Pull the clip out and then you can push the glass out. I have done this on my 250 LC master cylinder and fitted a secondhand one and it ok.

Right here Goes
Leave the master cylinder on the bike or clamp in vice, if you leave it on the bike take the fluid out using a sringe like u get in a printer cartridge refill kit or borrow one from the local junkie
The glass and seal are stuck fast with crystilised brake fluid, you have to keep pressing the glass until it moves a small amount to brake up the gunge, then get a small blade screw driver and a stanley knife push the screw driver through the slot in side the master cylinder. push at the bottom of the glass when you have pushed the glass far enoiugh to get the stanley blade behind the lip in the glass it will slowley pop out. you can get a replacement seal from halfords in a pack for a quid Clean out the gunge then push the glass back in with the new seal ;D ;D ;D

Problem is there is no clip on a F2 master cylinder so the glass fits a lot tighter and if you are no careful you will put the screw driver through the glass
