Got it on its wheels for the first time today and happy with it so far but loads more still to do than it looks . Got new front calipers and pads ready to fit but still need to source new discs first. Also got to make a bracket to get the correct horns and brackets fitted onto the front and get rear footrests Still waiting for me pipes that were custom made on the bike but hopefully that will be any day soon.

Still making progress slowly but surely. Last week I got the new discs painted and fitted but still waiting on new calipers to arrive, as I got sent an expensive duff set in the post the other day Today I spent ages making brackets to mount the twin Horn setup to the RGV bottom Yoke. They are only templates I made today but I'm pleased wiv em, so tomorrow I will buy some better material and make some identical but nice and tidy

Well yesterday I got me pipes from Tony and I'm well pleased with em ;D The bike spent virtually a whole day in November on the ramp at Gibsons having them made on the bike so that they fit perfectly and are nowhere near the sidestand spring or the wider rear swingarm. I wanted to keep the period lightly modified look, so Allspeeds were the the thing for me. Just got the Horn bracket to make properly and front calipers to fit and bleed (which I still don't have !)and she's ready for a shakedown Pictures aren't the best but it's difficult under the lights in the Garage

I know mate, that's the problem with having a few bikes, which one to ride and if you've got a favourite then the others tend to get a bit neglected Have to look out for the next Ace meet and beat you to the Cookies ;D ;D
