Last Sunday my RD started 1st time since I put it back together. Went to it this week and I will not start
I've got a spark
I've stripped the carbs, adjusted the float hight(which was wrong 25mm).
Cleaned all jet, etc with spray carb cleaner.
Whats up? What do I try next?

well,if you've got a spark, and the bike was running the other day,it looks like fuel. was the plug you took out wet? if so bike is flooded, turn off tap, take out both plugs and kick the bike over for a while, dry plugs, put em in,switch on, throttle open,no choke, see if she goes...if plugs were dry,no fuel reaching them, check tank 4 petrol, tap working, could be the floats sticking, sometimes a little tap on the carb body will free them up.try undoing the drain bolts in the float bowls could be no fuel, could be full of crud...hope this gives you somewhere to start looking mate...

I think pablo is on the rite track . If it ran then its nothing to bad is it . You'll see it will be something small and simple it allways is. Bt it takes ages to fined it .
