Couldn't resist and put fuel in the tank, kicked it over and my RD started ;D Rode it to my mates house in the road to show off Started 1st kick at his house, then rode it back. No problems ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

lol my mate was in a bad mood for days that he missed the end if that auction he was gonna go up to £900 to as he had a grand with picking up to spend, good for you he missed it though lol Are you going to fit the RGV bits?

I had similar with mine, covered myself in boiling water when I finally blow it out I put copper grease on the seal when I put it back together which allowed it to move more freely

also use castrol brake grease on the lips of the dust seal.its red stuff.thatl sort it out i use a tiny flat blade screwdriver to scrape the scale/corrosion out

Copperslip or copper grease is brill......makes good fake-tan too ;D , or poor mans Greetian2000 ;D[/quote]
