Had The Pressure Plate Powder Coated......... Just a query about this as i've seen it done before, has anyone had any paint/powder coat come away from the pressure plate? May be more likely with the lock-up levers flying perhaps? That's just something that seems a little risky on engine/gearbox internals to me, but i guess it'll be fine?

That's just something that seems a little risky on engine/gearbox internals to me, but i guess it'll be fine? I painted my plate with Motip primer and Auto K Multona paint and it hasn't come off. It was quite a while ago and my clutch even slipped like an arse for a while before I put FZR plates and harder springs on. Also, IF a flake or two would ome off, I can't see how it would make a mess out of the gearbox tbh. It would just grind down and uhm... be gone, lol.
