No disrespects to the chap selling this one on eBay, but why don’t you get your original one fully overhauled professionally and then you know what’s been replaced for sure? Gav

with Gav on this, the crank is the last bit to remove when you strip an engine so make sure its done properly the first time.

there's NO buying any Ebay crank of any description. But hey! it's Your $$. A decent weld job is surprisingly tough and a Zeel Box's rev limiter prevents 'misssed shift' screw ups. Double safeties.

I would only buy a crank from ebay to rebuild ,you know what you have then .I have a rev limit of 10,500 rpm just to be safe nowadays

Hi Gary I am looking at building a 4L0 engine and would be intrested in fitting a 31K crank. I was just going to get a 4LO crank rebuilt to match a nice set of tuned barrels but would like to improve on the engine if possible. I wondering if this is something you have done and if so what sort of work is involved and who did it ?? .. Thanks Mark
