lots of them have large bolt spacing, meaning you need big fu**off adapter plates. I went with 40mm bolt spaced Brembo Gold Line from Aprillia RS250, also on Ducati 916, Monster ect, its the ones with the single middle pin Got Mine for £45 on ebay and £20 for the plates.

NK racing makes a lot of adaptor brackets google it. Mine are from there for my Blade calipers, you still run stock discs too.

Some Triumph calipers fit straight onto YPVS. Have seen an LC with them on too. Make sure the mounting holes are 85mm before buying.

Or you will be able to lock your 90/90/18 front tire uncontrollably? Big brakes on teeny tires can be 'exciting'.

how do you know whether certain calipers will work with certain master cylinders? Or does it not matter.

yes it does, certain m/cyl bore diameters will only work with certain calipers. No easy way to tell though.

OK thanks,
is this any popular conversions.
IE saw a set of fzr 400 calipers on ebay but the reservoir would be seperate type so probably not suitable.
I assume this is why people just stick to the ypvs calipers.

put on the r1 blue spot calipers today with the adapter plates from nk racing, massive massive improvement, but i see what you mean about there not being much of a gap between the caliper and the wheel .
