After a few nights after work got my bike stripped down to the bare frame so i can have it powder-coated, will be replacing any bushes and bearings which need doing, including the gear selector bush in the engine as i have replaced the gear selector and seal and its still leaking badly! any advice on what to replace or advice in general would be appreciated as this is the first rebuild i have ever done. cheers george

Take loads of pix and when you think you have enough take a load more... if only I lived by my own advice . I use food bags to put small parts in along with a list of what the parts are, oh yea and take loads of pix of every stage. Are youi sticking with the white frame or gonna try somthing else?

i dont know, i was going to ask this question, do you think it will be a pig to keep looking nice and clean? i think i would prefer it white again if its not going to be to much trouble?

For sure its gonna be harder to keep clean but i supose it depends on how much you are gonna use it and how much time do you like to clean your bike for. If its your every day transport then id go black. If its a weekend blast and you enjoy the cleaning process ( I dont) then white could be good. When I saw it , I liked the white frame Andy
