I was chased by a Wild Boar once... on the outskirts of a village in Guatemala. Hmm... not fun... but, can such a beast exist in the UK?

Not a lot to report, and indistinct shadow. My fault I hadn’t tried it or properly set it up. I’ve played with settings hopefully tonight I’ll get a better picture

Scary stuff Apparently they were hunted to extinction many centuries ago but farmers brought them in from the 1980's to breed for meat Some escaped to the extent that they reckon there are over 2500 in the countryside now It's a 1980's animal that can smell another 1980's animal Steve (I'll leave it up to you lot to decide if it's him or the bike 🤣)

So far this is like those Ectoplasm pics you get on those 'Haunted' shows...
I remain unconvinced so far, more proof required...
(or is this a Rorschach test?)

That's a pygmy shrew. Clearly overdosed on radiation poisoning and dangerous as feck. But not as scary as a zombie attack...

Absolute chaos last night even the spanners were barking the big ones were leaping up the window. This thing here is the result my problem again is I left outside light sources and the security flood lights on. Two shots of this moving. So I’ve turned all external and internal light sources off, I’ve checked the picture clarity so if it returns tonight I will definitely get a high grade image. To be continued.

Have to say your camerawork is shocking Tim... Are you sure thats a nighttime camera or just a Kaleidoscope app for the phone?
(either way, enjoying the thread)

Quick question Tim
Did you actually buy a night vision camera or hired an artist to do some charcoal etchings 🤣

Having checked and double checked the camera and the images and settings I’ve realised it’s user incompetence. If it returns tonight I can guarantee a far better quality of image.

Zoo escaped big cat? Maybe puma? Had something similar 30+ years ago. Jon Not likely Jon as directly behind us and to the side of our field we have sheep and whilst they are getting disturbed they aren’t getting eaten. As I say I think it’s something reasonably large, say 4to5ft, it’s on its own, no sign of a twin or anything. It’s not particularly sunny in Leicestershire at the moment so the weather could be effecting the camera. It also seems to bother the birds, the cuckoo seems to leave its nest in the garden, as do some of the crows. The cats however seem to be unbothered. I’ll let you all know as soon as I do. Cheers. 👍

This has me intrigued now Tim, I initially thought if you were near water an Otter or Beavers as they are being reintroduced, until the pictures and the scale of 4-5 feet. Do your best David Bellamy work and capture the critter (on film at least). Happy hunting buddy.
