Bougt this off a mate a couple of year's back came with german reg doc's .tried to get a nova and did.then tried for a V5 which needed an inspection. All I had was a frame to show the engineer. So rob Hammond on here lent me loads of parts to build a bike.anyways 5mins after engineer was here he said no problems and 4 days later have a V5.big thanks to Rob as I had to build a complete bike in a week. This is where I'm upto now  |

Had a trip to kev schofields Lovely guy .sold me inner muddy subframe and foit rest hangers.fitted hangers with 10mm spacers ti bolts used as way cheaper than originals.trying source brake pedal and front foot rests    |

As Dusty says just buy new
The price used ones are on ebay new saves the refurb and them still being sloppy
Would be a shame to spoil a great build

Been doing bits on the bike radiator and cover which was painted white. 8 hours later all removed and done in black. Picks a set of lights cases a few cracks here and there unseen when fitted No cost for rad and cover, clock cases.also tank in primer,some motorcross bars added Picking new metmachex up tomorrow     |

Coming on nicely!! Why has the swingarm chain adjusters got two spindle holes? Some drag bike have this so you have the option of the longer wheelbase to help reduce wheelies. |

Looking for a super thin return spring. Welded tab on back of pedal works good. Bought a set of titanium engine fastenings Modified some hose clips   |

Got some of these hose clips good quality stainless modified them slightly Ordered a Venhill brake line damaged end swivel so there sending another  |

Well its been a while since I posted anything on the build. Been getting on with bits with lots of help from some LC experts Engine rebuilt new crank and pvs powdercoated head barrels etc New footrest and spacers fitted for the metty.ive got the TI bug been buying them as I need em Head bearings sorted out ad I fitted them wrong.spacer added under top yoke Rear brake sorted return hole in mc blocked. Brake hose P clipped via a rivnut to arm spar. Replaced damaged rear wheel bearings Replaced shirty wiring loom Fuse box and ignitec fitted Radiator purchased great deal on that Small brembo copy mc fitted Bodywork off getting prepped undecided on paint scheme That's it for now          |

Bit stuck with a click problem. I've got no rev counter drive fitted and can't get any koso clocks. Hoping a set shows up or its a engine strip down to fit the drive  |

Here my grandson Charlie hes bought his 1st resto project its a 4X4 1982 pw 50 got at the air-cooled rally at Derby in July.paid £200 out of his own savings  |
