Hi Alan, I bought a nylon cutting board from Aldi or Lidl. Really easy to cut and shape with a Dremel or a hacksaw and file. I will see if I can find a pic

I bought some really hard nylon and stuck it on with heavy duty m3 double sided gel tape

yep, same as dusty, I use a cheap chopping board (and you can get some funky colours !), then cut/file/machine it accordingly, you can also use a heat gun if you want to bend it round the swinging arm at the end !

Hi tbones Welcome to the forum. Lots of great advice from some real Lc enthusiasts on here. Why not introduce yourself on the main forum, tell us about you and your bike etc. Once up to 10 posts you can access the classifieds section which may help with any parts you need. We are a friendly bunch, and would love to hear about your new bike Regards Dusty
