Hello,
nose cone and belly-pan are gone on my bike. I look at the indicators and think: "They are the same as on the Rd 350LC. How would my bike look with a round headlight?" Did someone already mount a round headlight? If yes, how did it look and from which bike did you steal it?

P.S.: I have no intention to put a fake exhaust on the left side

I have seen this before but the LC has a H4-Bulb. I don't want to steal too much electricity from my generator and would prefer staying with the 40/45 Watt bulb. A bit less diameter would look better too.

H4 lamps come in different wattages as well, how much smaller headlight do you want to go?

That's my bike Gunny links to, I've done a few now. (how's it going Gunny?)
I did look for a smaller lamp but the small ones I found, they looked overwhelmed by the chrome, and/or the plastic shell on the back was too Bell shaped. They looked more suited to a 70s bike. The 350 lamp rear shell is flattened making it a good looking fit.
The brackets were from China on ebay. Later I was sold some that didn't fit my forks so simply drilled an extra hole for the pinch bolt. The big lamp is a tight fit. I drill an extra hole with a hole cutter for the harness in the place where the standard 125 one is. Giving it two holes for the wiring.
The 350 lamp is significantly brighter and better at night down country lanes. I didn't think about the extra current draw. I run Ignitech CDi which can be fussy with cheap batteries, and had no ill effects. I religiously use Yuasa acid now. The replacement Yuasa for these bikes has a few more amps, apparently uprated for accessories. Not sure if the big lamp affects the voltage regulator. The 2nd (running coil) on the stator is no longer used with an Ignitech, the power is supplied straight from the battery. No problems for me so far. Maybe fit an LED rear bulb and even the instrument bulbs to reduced wattage types if it's a worry?
