Oh how we laughed you’ve bought a tank you nutter! I’d fair have one now, even for the potential riots over food, oil prices etc etc
No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
5 months sober I’m now sorely tempted. Get out of lock down, start looking after myself, exercising every day, wim hoff shower ritual, lost two stone. May not have been greatest timing 😁

I get where you are coming from..... just remember cancer does not give 2 "f" s on how fit you are or if you look after yourself. You have to ENJOY life and take things in moderation. It will get me sooner or later...but I am going to die anyway. And be ****ed if I'm giving an "odd" glass up to a vain attempt to cheat the uncheatable. (Have just acquiered 3 corny kegs for my ale brewing apprenticeship ) If you lived close by I'd pop round with a couple of bottles of mead for a "moderation" lesson....
And another thing......I've never seen a happy jogger...they always have a pained expression. I rest my case!
PS Cant go anywhere yet, my 18yr old has been in bed for 2 days with "the lergy" I feel shit most of the time so cant tell the difference.........................

I'm re-reading On the Beach by Neville Shute. If you haven't read it, get a copy as it's rather relevant even though it was penned in 1965. Basically, if you know you have a short time to live then go nuts.
Funnily enough Tim, I'm actually drinking less these days but maybe I should review my options.
