I remember one of his last races at Silverstone and when it finished and he was on his Lap of Honour, the watching crowd, me and my mates included, invaded the track to pat him on the back. He loved it !!

It's been THAT long? Only saw him race once at Brands. Last lap and he was winning and he popped a huge wheelie and waved...then got overtaken and finished third. It didn't matter to me as he was Barry and a fecking living legend.
