The exhausts were entrusted to a specialized company. The process: sandblasting, then slightly satin ceramic paint, is applied in a single layer. It withstands a temperature of 1000°C (1832°F). But the price is high 350€ (300£)

The painter did a good job, everything was done with the spray gun, because the adhesives, despite the good quality, did not land properly.

I had a lot of trouble with the screen, it was not pierced in the right places. So I recommended a new screen without the holes, which I drilled by superimposing the screen and the front fairing . First, riveting mounting brackets. r I started again three times on the trim collage. In fact, the trim took off with the first two glues, I used glue for windshield, very delicate to install.

First start, at the 3rd kick But the joy was short-lived, the engine stopped because no more spark to the plugs. So we tested the connectors and the wiring in the ignition circuit, everything’s okay. The CDI box was changed too, but nothing to do. I did a bit of scramble the wiring, and miracle the bike restarted. But a few seconds later, the engine stopped... So we have a suspicion on a cut wire, and everything has been re-controlled, what a jinx! But everything is okay. Then the stator was changed despite the good electrical values that we were able to measure. And...nothing to do, it does not start at all. At that moment, a great moment of solitude. Short of an idea, we put back the first CDI mounted on the bike, and miracle, the bike restarts .In fact, the second CDI was in default, and also the original stator, and all, in random failure. We had a lot of trouble with that blackout. Now it looks ok. Final reassembly

Looks amazing
The 29k50 cdi is well known for being faulty
As you have experienced they will start and run then randomly die
Also had ones that instead of dying the timing goes haywire and start backfiring and blowing flames
