A lot of us are not on Facebook I'm afraid. Hope you get sorted.
FWIW I have a rattling baffle in one of my exhausts on my 4L0 and cant wait for it to coke up a bit and quieten down. Not sure if your noise is similar, but its annoying.

I'm pretty sure this isn't simple as that unfortunately, hopefully it is as id rather not have to strip it down as only done about 150miles since i got it. cheers

Sorry I don't have Facebook either
Was it laid up for a long time before you bought it?
Newly purchased bike starting to make noises and vibrate screams out mains or big ends pitted from condensation during long period of being laid up

Its difficult to tell what the prob is or even if there is a prob listening to some thing from a speaker. But, from what I hear it sounds like piston slap. I have had newly re bored (badly) bikes sound very much like that. Whats its history?

Should be fine as Grampians (I take it that's who you meant) replace anything showing the slightest wear
Remember building a bike (hadn't touched the engine) and on the way to MOT it there was a horrible noise and vibration as the revs were dropping
Feared the crank was toast. Turns out the left expansion chamber was rattling off the stand 😆
