Haven’t ridden her yet, but Andy spondon440 and I came to a deal it’s quite a special bike and I’ve hankered after one for years so we will see. Quite excited about it tbh.

I like that Veg. Looks like a lot of fun. Very nice condition too. Last owner obviously looked after it. Now, get a few miles on her and report back 😉 John

I've had a go on a Buell before. The Lightning? I think. About as close to a Harley as an F1 bike is to a Honda Melody. Enjoy matey.

Yep, Andy is best mates with a guy called maz who is known as the buell god in the Uk so it’s fully mazed and Andy has fitted loads of his own billet alloy bits footrests, billet yokes, clock surround etc etc etc I’ve been chasing the elusive twin for years, what I’ve actually been after is a modern version of my old 1965 T120 lightish torquey with that twin midrange so hopefully it’ll be right up there. Also kind of fits with my new motor.

Nice one Tim, good to meet you, hope you enjoy it half as much as I have. Did a couple of hundred miles on the Duke today, its alright, must say its a bit difficult seeing the bike I built on a forum, doesn't usually happen. IMG_5175 by ANDREW FRANCHI, on Flickr

First proper run out on it today, 120 arse aching miles, however the grin off set the grimace, it’s all I wanted and more, however the vibrations at tickover are enough to make your eyeballs shake.

Gel pad for the seat, on of the those that fits with straps. And easily removed/hidden.
