I've never had exhausts done with Cerakote, but certainly other parts. I do know it's an expensive paint though, far more than normal paint or powder.

Buy some of the air dry ceracote, and have a go spraying it.

I paid around £100 for mine - they were in good nick and didn’t need much prep. Really pleased with them They really look great, just like new. I was thinking of getting a pair of short can Allspeeds in chrome, but seeing these pictures, I might get them bare metal and have a black cerakote finish instead, which I think would look better on my LC. Can I ask who you got the quote from / work done by? I should give them a call.

Looked into this here and some tool on Fb was showing off his pipes and what good value they were (looked an obvious schill). when prompted he said they were about £3-400 each for pipes! Ouch! At that point I gave up. Lovely finish tho so a shame its not an option at that price.

I shopped around and got quotes in the region of £3-400 which totally put me off - may as well put that sort of money towards a new set of expansions and keep the originals carefully wrapped in cotton wool as an investment towards my retirement.
The guy I used was recommended by Dusty of this parish, I'll PM his details to you Elsiefan

Got a 4 into 1 kerker system ceramic coated by Aerocoats near Great Yarmouth and it cost less than £200. Also got my complete gpz engine done by another company, which included crankcase, barrels, cylinder head and all side covers that cost £500 with all parts being bead blasted as well. This was last year, so I would shop around. Rob
