Just reassembled the clutch with new plates, and it won't stop dragging? Have read that it could be the seals between the plates. Not used in later models?
Should I leave them out or do I have them in the wrong order?
If so what is the correct order for the seals please?
Many thanks

Obviously adjusted correctly? Assuming it worked before the plates were changed. Gearbox oil viscosity and level?

Original metal plates are 1.2 mm if my memory serves me right. Had trouble with after market metal plates at 1.5mm as an aside 1.5mm is the size fitted in air cooled rd's .

Have you soaked the plates overnight in gb oil? I had a clutch that slipped some years back and that was the cause.
