We'll never get bored of watching this come together Chris Awesome work as always. And it's not easy grinding back the lettering and raised edges on the "spokes", but it makes a massive difference to the finished wheels. Great effort Dusty Thanks dusty I appreciate your nice comments π.and yes it really dose make a big difference ,I feel like it's moving again now ππ

Chris, great attention to detail, it really does make a huge difference to the end result. I made the same decision as you with the fork protectors, if you remove them, there is a small recess that they locate into. I had to heat them up with a heat gun to get them to budge. Keep the detail coming- you have no chance of boring the vast majority Great build thread. Cheers, Mark

Both of my projects front ends have these fork protectors. What are you going to replace them with? I like the idea of getting rid of the small little bits like the rear angled fork risers that grab your eye as being different from stock.

You may (or may not) like this idea Chris, but you might well be the go to bloke for fabricating work. I can already think of two more things I'd like you to make!
Alex
ps they are no where near as complex as the swing arm!
