Thanks to Andy748 I now have some RGV250 top and bottom yokes , hand delivered too 
How do I remove the ignition switch as it has some sort of rivets holding them in ? |

It will be shearing nuts
The head snaps off when tight and is for security
I usually run a drill bit into the head then hammer a torx bit in
Usually enough loosen it

dremel or hacksaw a slot in them,then remove with a screwdriver or impact driver if there tight
